A word from Duck Inn’s Chef Patron, Kevin Hickey… |
Growing up in Bridgeport I was so lucky to be exposed to so many cultures and delicious cuisines. My childhood best friends were first-generation Sicilian, Chinese, Mexican, and Eastern European. Our proximity to Chinatown only fueled my love of their cuisine and it loomed large in our social lives as well. Growing up, our Little League banquets, family events, and often holidays were celebrated in Chicago’s Chinatown. |
We are so excited to celebrate The Year of The Snake with our neighborhood at The Duck Inn through our 10th Annual Salute to Chinese New Year as we prepare our unique Chinese-style Chili-Crunch Whole Rotisserie Duck, along with crispy Eel & Duck Confit “Snake” Rolls, Lobster Rangoons, our new BBQ Char Siu Duck Breast Sandwich, as well as our take on Eight Treasure Rice Pudding. |
