Our signature dish is a simple yet elegantly prepared whole rotisserie duck. The legs and thighs are slow roasted for three hours and the breast is pan roasted medium rare to order. In honor of the Chinese New Year, our duck comes dressed with seasonal Asian flavors for a limited time only (Jan. 17-Jan. 29)! Enjoy our duck styled with a hoisin glaze and adorned with gai lan greens, crispy lotus root, fresh water chestnuts, mandarin segments plus a plate of bao. We serve only the ducks made that day so we offer guests the opportunity to preorder the dish and reserve one for the table.
